Not a problem, will either work or it won't. Lifetime warranty, try new battery or cal Danny Miller at [740] 483-2312.

That sucks! Hope it is just your battery! Go to the store and get one so you can bust some fifty yard nocks!!

Feel for you, I know how much you must have wanted to try it. I have two and recommended it to my neighbor. We put his on, the ocular fell off! Sent it to the service station in Ohio and got another in just days. Try brushing the contacts/battery with a pencil eraser they may have a film that prevents contact. Maske sure the battery is in right too.

OK after several attemps with eraser and two batteries(new) I finaly got it working, its perty neat, shot it at 10yrds with no trouble then after a few adjustments gotit dead on at 20yds then ran out of time, cant wait to shoot 50 with it.the only time Ive realy shot 50 with a bow is in 3-D shoots.
I have the speed dial set right in the middle of the 3 asin 300,two clicks down for Vertand four clicks for the horzonal and wack right on the 20...

I'm shooting the same rig, the bottom of your top heavy wire should be your ten yard aim point if it's right on at 20. Mine hits close to 50 with the 4th aim point down but I have to play with the speed ring a bit to get it right on. Don't want to mess with it too much as the 20 and 30s are the important settings for hunting IMO, which then change.
