String making
I'm on the verge of making my own Flemish strings.(Been practicing with some old string and floss until I'm comfortable with end product). Looking for input about my proposed choices of string for the Excalibur Vortex.
So far I'm considering Brownell's TS1 Plus and BCY's Dynaflite 97.
Have input for 28 string count for TS1. Anyone using different count?
Not sure about how many strands of Dynaflite '97...24? 26?
Also, using D75 Thin to make endless loop string for a compound x bow, anyone have experience using it to make Flemish string?
Any other suggestions for string of Dyneema type material appreciated.

RE: String making
Dynaflight 97 is probably what Excal is using for their Xcel string. Don't worry about the number of strands too much but I suggest you use at least 28 strands and I highly suggest you pad the loops and the serving area if you insist on making a thin string with a low strand count. D75 regular is pretty close in elasticity characteristics and are the same price I don't know about D75 thin.
