Nock adhesive
Great Forum,
New to making bolts, and wondering about correct adhesive for plastic Easton half-moon nocks to Aluminum shaft. My groups will be tight, nock strikes, and possible breakagewould be common, it seems to me. Sooo, what adhesive will hold, but allow a way to remove broken nock. Easton recommends AAE epoxy, which is not at my local Home Depot. I'm thinking of using just a small amount of Loctite Quick set Epoxy. I could do some tests to see if slight amount of heat to shaft would release epoxy, but some of you might know already...Otherwise seems itcould be a drill out situation.

RE: Nock adhesive
I've gone full circle and now using Bohning's hot melt glue on all shafts with one acception which are HIT (internal) inserts. There is less preparation and it is easily removed.
