I plan on playing with the serving thing here pretty soon. I want to kill two birds with one stone. I want to make it out of aluminum tubing so I can do my first project with TIG welding and then I will play with the serving. Going to try and make something that will just isolate the serving area and not have a big jig on the table. Danny said to keep the serving area short to keep from twisting the string and it will go alot better. Have to go to the local steel yard and get some aluminum tubing this weekend or next week.

Also the Vortex is only 200 LBS. I did not get the 225, its a no no here in Ohio!
