I'm sorry about the late response however your e-mail (along with 32 others) was caught in our servers spam filter.
I'm sorry about your inconvenience and the problems you've had with your bow. By reading your posts it appears that things have been cleared up since you sent this e-mail however I've still forwarded it to the proper people to let them know what has taken place.

*** I just want to mention this does nothing to re-establish a good relationship with a customer who had a significant problem. I was in business for over 20 years. Customer Service is more important than the product. Having "technical support" people handling this problem is where this problem started. Hopefully I have no problems with the bow and I'll never have to contact them again.

Good luck Ed. You are absoultely right on how you feel about your technical support. After all when you have problems with a bow and you get no immediate conversation working towards and end its just a bunch of metal and plastic!
