There will be a new model of this GPS coming out this summer – ONIX 400.
It will have XM radio (if you need one), real life weather information and you will be able to load satellite pictures of your area. It will also have a color screen which makes it a lot easier to view. This unit looks really interesting… I just don’t know if I need another one. I already have two Garmins which serve me very well.
One thing I really like about this unit is the ability of lading satellite pictures. There was more than one time when I wished I could have something like that.
Onix will sell for about $500.
If anybody gets one, let us know how it works.

If I get another one I will never know where I am. If you have one GPS you have one position… If you have three… each one will show something else…

I didn't realize it was going to be the new trend, the topos and sat pics I mean. I seen this in a hunting magazine, in the photo it had XM radio as well.. I could really benifit from the topo maps..
That magazine also had a pair of boots that were almost worthy of their own thread..
