Ten Point Pro Fusion
G'day gentlemen, (and ladies)
I just purchased this crossbow and was wondering if anyone has feed-back on it's performance, or any crossbow hunting tips in general. I've been a compound hunter for many years, and decided I'd like to give the crossbow a try.I've learned much from your posts and would like to thank you in advance for any info or pointers. One question I do have is does one have to be concerned with string stretch on this crossbow, as happens with some compounds?

Looks like a good one and ten points are very good xbows. Just hunt with it as you would use your compound....same range, same hunting skills required. And read all the old messages on this board....it takes awhile, but it is worth it and will answer most questions before they are asked.

Ultra,
Congratulations on the Pro Fusion. That has been a very hot bow for us this year at TenPoint.
Like Mitch said, hunt the same way you have. As for the string stretch, don't be worried about it. As long as you take care of your string and cables per the manual, you will have no problems with it. It should be changed every 3-4 years.
Happy Hunting and welcome to the forum.

Congrats and welcome to the CB world! The only major thing that I can point out to a newbi is pulling the string back straight. Mark the string when not cocked. Mark it just on each side of the rail. Use these marks to make sure you are pulling your string back perfectly straight. If your string is not centered is will make your arrows go all over the place. And as a recent post on here, Kepp your thumb out of the way!

Congrats on new Bow, string stretch will happen. Take some whiteout mark string out on cam area on both limbs. Then u can see how much it stretches and twist it up as needed!
