To all as well. My education is foresty of which fish and wildlife is part of. Yup a mechanic too. I just want to remind you guys that we are game management tools. We are needed and expected to harvest a certain number of deer. Does are he correct animal to remove from the heard in over population situations. We not only fill the freezers but we also reduce the numbers going into the winter range. Take too little and deer starve and die of diseases. If in your area there are too many deer (the indication is the number of doe tags available) then take as many as you are legally allowed to. If you cannot eat it all then do as Mike and stand watie does, feed the less fortunate.

I can take 4 in Arkansas, any weapon, two can be bucks. Hats off to all who donate meat!! My land owner has a depradation permit and a chronic illness that's eventually gonna wheel chair him. I'm filling his freezer 1st, save one backstrap grillin/chillin!

In my WMU 5-D, SE Pa, we can take as many doe as we please as long as you have a $6 tag for each. I usually donate one or two (Hunters Helping the Hungry) and they send it food banks. Last year they said they were sending it to help Katrina victims, so that's cool.
