BIGLAWE: Here's Horton's phone number, they have a web site too. Their customer service is second to none, I've used it. Regards A. Call using our new toll free Customer Service number which is 800-551-7468 and push "1" to be transfered directly to Horton's Customer Service Department. They will give you a Return Authorization Number so your bow is serviced correctly and returned to you quickly.
