Need Bolts for Bear Lightning Strike X-Bow
I'm looking for new carbon bolts to replace my old aluminum Easton 2234 which is 23.5" (w/o nock or tip) and weighs 1.4oz. This bold is long an heavy.
I've searched on the net and I couldn't find a direct replacement. Does anyone know where I can find one, or get a custom made?
I'd also love to find a hard case. I checked Cabelas and nothing fit.

The proshop that I go to will cut shafts to what ever I want. If Easton still makes that size then it should not be a problem if not then your proshop should be able to recommend another shaft that will work. I have a arrow saw on order and when I get it I will be cutting some of my old arrow shafts to use in my xbow.

Yo i am not familier with size 2234? I have seen 2413 -2314-2213, Just have to cut shafts off at 23 3/4" Carbon most any 22 size shaft that will use internal components. I'd say the 5 layer ones are stiffer, maybe Gold Tip or Excals carbons uncut will do the job.

The draw weight is 150 #.
I'm getting "never heard of a 2234" a lot. Thats why I want to make doubly sure I get the correct bolt weight and diameter. I called Bear and they said I must make sure to get the bolt weight the same (or heaver).
I aslo need ot make sure the bolt diameter is the same as to not make sure it rides in the rest correctly.

As I assume you know its not listed in the Easton site but it may be an old discontinued size. I think you are best advised to contact Easton Archery and either find out a substute size. With a crossbow I'm not too sure you have to worry about spine. I think 10ptcrossbow should know the answer or can find out.
