Venison Stroganoff Recipe
I made this Venison Stroganoff last night for dinner and it was yummy.
1lb ground venison or (thinly sliced venison)
1/2 a medium yellow onion
1 8oz container dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup water
4 teaspoons instant beef boulion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons worstshire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 minced clove of garlic
1/2 a bag of egg noodles
Brown venison in butter. When meat is 3/4 of the way cooked add the onion and garlic.Cook venison until thourghly cooked and onions are tender. In a bowl combine sour cream and flour,salt,pepper,water,worstshire sauce and boulion. Add the sour cream mixture to the venison and cook until the boulion is disolved and the sauce is thickened and bubbly. Cook 1/2 bag of egg noodles and drain. Add noodles and toss in sauce or serve sauce over noodles. Made enough to feed 4. Took around 35 minutes to make.
