Just had to give a big thumbs up to the Customer service dept at Maverick.This spring I recieved as a present one of thier ET-73 redi check remote smoker thermometers.I loved it, gives you the internal temp of the meat and the smoker, has a transmitter and reciever with a decent range so you dont have to open the door to constantly see whats going on inside etc..
The reciever quit working about a month ago, I had no reciept for it as it was a present and really dont know if I even sent the warranty card in.I was happy when without questioning anything they offered to replace the reciever and see if it fixed the problem.Today a package showed up and I was even more suprised, they sent a brand new unit, reciever, transmitter, probes and the whole works.Excellent customer service and they stand behind thier product without a lot of hassle, if anyones considered one of these I dont think theyll steer you wrong
