Leftover Prime Rib
As usual, my ma-in-law bought wayyyyy to much, but insisted I cook it all. Just wondering what to do with it? When it's reheated it tends to get hard and tough. I was thinking some kind of gravy to simmer it in. HELP MEEEEE!!!!!
Good Luck. Capt Brad.

have you thought about beef strogonoff, beef creole, sauted beef with crayfish, beef king henry 1V, stir fry of beef, eggs benidict for breakfast but use shaved prime instead of ham, pepper steak, char grilled rib eye w/ onions and mushrooms, carpet bagger steak, etc.
as you can see there are a million ways to use the leftover prime. let me know what you interests are and i will see if i cannot write you a few recipes.

RE: Leftover Prime Rib
I took care of it Chef. I added a packet of McCormicks Brown gravy mix and onion soup mix and put in the crock pot. They ate it better then than they did on Christmas Day.
