Good Deer Steak Recipe
I have a recipe that I made up and is very tasty.
Ingredients:
Venison
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Onion
Worschestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Your Choice Favorite Hot Sauce
2 Tsp. Kansas Style Steak Seasoning
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tsp.Garlic Salt
1 Tsp.Onion Salt
1Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1Tsp. Black Pepper
( You can change any of the measurements to your liking)
Instructions:
Take a container that you dont mind marinating meat in and fill the bottom with worschestershire sauce until it covers the bottom. Then combine everything except the onion and bell pepper in the dish to make the marinade.
Place your steaks in the marinade and let them sit about 1 hour in the fridge.
When an hour is up, take your steaks out and place them in the pan you will be cooking in. Then Slice your onion and bell pepper and place them in the pan. Also dump in the marinade and you can add more worschestershire sauce if your steaks absorbed it all.
Put the oven on 250 degrees and cover your pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven. I like to cook my steaks slow so they are tender, but you can cook them on higher heat if you choose.
Check the dish often and stir the onions and pepper around so they dont get too crispy.
Let me know if you like it!
