Default Dirty Ham

Here's one to try;
You'll need:
5# of charcoal (NOT MATCHLIGHT)
1# of kitchen salt
1# of yellow Mustard
1 10# fully cooked ham
aluminum foil
shovel
1 2quart Stainless mixing bowl

start charcoal
Dig a hole 1 1/2 times the size of the ham.
mix salt and mustard in bowl(use all of it) let it set for about 10 min. to meld together.
line hole with aluminum foil
coat ham completly with salt/mustard mixture.
line hole with white hot charcoal, place ham directly on charcoal, cover with remaining charcoal, and let bake for 1 hour.

Dig up using shovel, crack off salt/mustard and slice and serve this is a good one for deer camps or just to suprise your friends.

the salt and mustard forms a hard shell around the ham and literly steams it. Absolutly fantastic to eat and a neat trick for your friends/guests.
