Default Last years deer

This is a pic of the deer I got last year on the last day or my vacation. It is also the only deer I got last year(bad year). It is the second one I have taken with a bow. The year before I got a button buck from the same stand. Just wanted to share.

CONGRATS !!!!

How old are you bud?

And hey...2 for 2....nothing wrong with that...If you keep shooting one a season, you're a mighty fine bowhunter.....cant always get that perfect shot opportunity...You're doing something right!!!!

Reminds me of my younger days....geez what a blast it was back then....I still get the heartbeat and shivers....but not like it was the first few times.....it used to be crazy.....felt like my heart was going to explode the first time I had deer near me. I thought for sure they could hear it beating out of my chest....

Great job, and best of luck next year!

congrats man, nothing like you first buck! I'll remember my first buck forever, a nice healthy 1.5 year-old 4-pointer.

Spike Good job! It took me five years for a legal deer to walk by In Florida. This year I got my first wall hanger. Keep after them, HE WILL WALK BY.

Good job on both deer. I have yet to get a deer with my bow but i'm hoping i can do some scouting and try my luck and finding a few good spots. I'm broke as a joke so i might not be able to get a stand but maybe i can find another alternative (like still hunting or stalk hunting)
