Is what he said something he thought he meant to say or is it something I thought he said different from what I thought he meant? Hmmm... now, I know that he knows what he said, but I dunno if what he said is ACTUALLY what he meant to say. You know?
He may be refering to the people that shoot thier bows in the hallway of thier house/apartment, or shoot one in the alleyway of a city. Niether practice is very safe without knowing exactly what is behind your target and having a large dependable backstop.
