You can buy either dozens or half dozens from Cabelas.
You can also get them in bulk from FS Discount Archery I beleive.

It sounds like you just want bare shafts which he can provide but he also dose custom fletchings. All the shafts I have gotten from him were w/i GoldTips specs. With his shop less then 10 miles from the GT factory anything that is out of spec goes back and you get the high quality shafts you pay for.
