RE: New To Bow Hunting
Lots of great suggestions!
Here are some basics.
I could go on and on about the gear I take that is vital for my hunting success but it is nowhere as important as the gear that I take which could save my life.
Bringing just what I could fit in my pockets could be detremental to your health in certain areas. I allways bring a small pack big enough to carry my hunting gear and have room for a compass, matches, lighter and tinder and a good space blanket. I also allways bring a few extra articles of clothing extra water a few power bars (they are quiet) and a knife, etc., etc..
I think you get the idea.
After years of back packing and spending time in the woods I think I could go on forever about the importance of bringing a few little items that could help you in an uncomfortable situation and save your life in an emergency situation.
Have a safe succesfull season!
