Default No-Peep

I have heard alot of you indicate that you no longer use a standard peep sight but have changed to the "No-Peep". It is my understanding that it will let you know if your anchor point is even slightly off. I was wondering how you go about sighting it in and/or tuning it for your specific draw and anchor?
In Another thread someone also mentioned there is a new kind which is suppose to be even better than the "No-Peep". Does anybody know any information on this? Thanks Again, Your Help Is Appreciated!
