Default Mathews LX question??

I just got a Mathews LX 50-60lb. bow and it is on 80% let-off and I have the limbs cranked all the way down and on the scale at the bow shop I go to it says it is maxed out at 56lbs. Could this be true? Is it common? If it was on 65% would it go higher? Or could the whole problem be the scale might not be correct at the shop? Just hoping some Mathews shooters may be able to help me.

It should max out at 62-63 lbs. Is it new? If not, maybe the string is stretched. Measure it axle to axle and see what the length is. Or it could just be the scale. Try another place to compare.

No it is about 6 months old. It has a Winners Choice string and cables which I thought would not stretch out. The draw length feels right. I hope it is just the scale but that would be off by quite a bit if it should go over 60lbs.

Axle to Axle Length =(approx) 35 5/8 in. That will tell you if it's the right length. They made need to put some more twists in the string.

The cam has two small alignment holes on it. Make sure that when you put a straight edge across these holes that it is parallel to the string. If it is not then something needs twisting or untwisting.
