I just put mine out last Sunday so I have no experience. Just wondering how close would be ok. Right now I am set about 15 yds from a feeder. Could I or should I be closer?

I also use and recommend 400 film.....I haven't used my in extreme temps but I imagine I should put it out to see what I could find......I'd imagine the cold weather will burn the batteries.

I have gotten pictures of squirrels, coons, and bobcats. If they stay in front of the camera long enough I think it will eventually trigger the camera. My camera is set about 10 feet from my salt lick, but I get pictures of deer that are 30+ feet away. There's nothing more exciting than opening up a package of photos, you just never know what you will find. The people at Walgreens must think I'm crazy.
