Cross Bows

RE: Cross Bows
Some other good points brought up. They are cumbersome. But you like to hunt, right? Oh, and if you need it, another nice thing about the Ten Point is that the Accudraw (crank) is built right into the stock. You don't have to carry it around in a fanny or back pack.
Paul, I have weighed the bolts and whether carbon or aluminum they were all around 330 to 340 grains, with carbon being heavier. This was for 20" and the alum. was 2219. That ain't much weight for 150+ lbs, is it? Can you imagine the speed our regular compounds would get if we could shoot a gr/lb ratio like that?
Hayes, I won't argue about the Excaliber with you. I only can say that I don't think they are that much easier to change a string. You still aren't doing it without a bowpress and that's the hard part. After you get the pressure off the string it's all easy.
