Will deer move?
Will deer move during a cold front? It dropped from 80 degrees to 70 degrees yesterday. I will be hunting tomorrow. The high is 72 the low, 42. Will the deer move in this weather?

Yes they will move. Remember to relax and think of your shot when you get settled in. When the deer come in breath and try to relax. Your first time you will be jittering all over. You can hit the darn thing unless you settle down.
Good luck.
Good luck.

yeah they'll move. any major drop in temprature should get them moving. though if its in teh 70's, i wouldnt expect to be a huge increase. i had the exact weather last week during the earn a buck season. i had to walk through blow downs and tree tops to get them to move around. the temprature dropped down from 76 to 67 in two days. they were still bedded when it was hot out, but little 2 man drives work especially well in these conditions. i would set up nearer the bedding area if its warm out. north hillsides will probably see more movement.

zak123,
It's been hot here on Mobile Co. AL too. Just had the same front come throught. I hunt up in Washington Co. Near Millry. Hated sitting in that stand in 85 to 90 degree weather! This evening I finally saw some decent movement. Thank God for cooler temps. Good Luck
