That is a nice buck no matter where your from, but to get him in Michigan where you are competing with 700,000 hunters each year, that is great!

Great looking buck! A lot can be learned from Mathewboys hunt. He showed how not to give up! And with a lot of persistence found his buck! There has been a lot of not so perfect shot deer around this forum lately but i know as well as most of you thats just the real world of bowhunting. We would all like to make perfect shots every time but it just don`t happen that way every time. With a little help from some very good and experienced hunters on this forum. Gave good sound advice and was more than willing to help any way they could when asked for it! Thats what i believe this forum is all about. Way to go Mathewsboy!

Way to go again!!! What do you mean not huge? You and I both know that that is huge for our areas. Yeah there are some bigger but not many. Congrats on the great buck and the great track. You earned that one!!!!

He looks pretty darn big too me for a "U.P" 8 point, i sure wouldnt pass on him....way to stick with the tough tracking job, ya done good...congrats on your fine looking buck!!

Gogebic, ha? I hunted hard there about 8 years ago and saw more bear than I did deer the entire week.
Great buck for that area. They must have made a healthy come back.
