RE: string hitting arm
Thanks for all the replys guys. I know its not my grip cause when i shoot i only have my thumb and pointer finger touching and let the v between those 2 fingers take all of the pressure(no finger pressure at all) I think ill try to drop the DL about .5 inch. I have a fred bear Extreme 32 which came with 3 cams for differnt DL's I think i have the shortest one in there now(ill check).... is there anything else I can do if i already have the shortest DL cam installed?
Thanks again
Thanks again

RE: string hitting arm
Asked this very question about two months ago and I had a draw legnth that was too long. Shortened it by a half an inch and no more pain. As stated, try keeping your arm bent and not locked, it works! It creates a more stable platform also.

RE: string hitting arm
Do you shoot with a string loop or do you shoot directly off the string? If you can't shorten the DL, eliminating the string loop can help. Also, if your release is adjustable to make it shorter, that might help too. If it isn't adjustable, see if you can find one that is shorter and try it out. I know when I was bow shopping and tried a bunch of bows out, my arm was nice and purple from shooting bows that were too long for me...
