If that was in Oklahoma I would call it coyote poop. Yep them are persimmon seeds. I 've been told I have my Poop together

While both fox and yote will eat persimmons, the foxs system allows their uh....movements to remain regular. Persimmons give coyotes scours.

Ok, don't ask me how I knew that.

I agree, its probably persimmon seed from a fox.
Possibly a pawpaw seed???
