You are so right those badgers are down right vicious (but then anyone from Wisconsin knows that, right?
). When I pulled her out of that shallow "grave" I moved her over a ways so if Mr. Mean showed up I wouldn't get caught off guard.

I took what I could. If you look at the whole picture, that badger worked a lot harder on the deer than I did. It probably deserved more than it got.

It is so odd that you replied to my story, I was just thinking of you the other day in relation to the badger. I could just hear you saying, "Badgers! We don't need no stinking badgers!" Of course it would only be humorous if you saw the Clint Eastwood movie and understood the play on words. That flick was probably before your time. Good luck to you this year.
