3 1/2 years old. 165-170 pounds dressed. 127 - 129 gross. Although I think he will miss P&Y after deductions. Especially if any of those PA points turn out to be real points as well
A great looking buck for sure, Good luck!

Hey BM,that is a real nice looking deer, hope you can get him this season.
I would say 3.5 years old tops, body weight dressed out at 180-185 max.I seen alot of big deer and by the looks of the pic I would guess him at that. The right brow tine dosn't look split to me,looks as though a sticker is coming off it.I would also guess his score to be around 130 as well.
All in all,he is a real nice buck and definately woulden't pass on him

Nice deer nice pic!
Because you asked I will give my opinion... I see "young deer" written all over this dude! In my opinion (and you know what opinions are usually worth ) he isn't a day more than 3 1/2 if that. Of course in some areas a 3-3 1/2 year old IS a mature deer [&:]. Small tight skinned face, no well defined wrinkles under the ear, no droop to the belly although as has been mentioned with his head down it is hard to be extra accurate, and I also don't see the bulk that is normally associated with a mature buck. I would be surprised if he netted P&Y after deductions although it would more than likely be close.
It does appear that he has an injury to his left ankle.
All that aside, he is a beauty regardless of his age!

Thanks guys. I went out this morning after this guy but got skunked! I would go back to where I think he is in the evenings but the wind is wrong this afternoon! This area is a major bedding area with a corn field on one side and a clover field on the other. There is old path along the top side of the bedding that is always just a huge scrape line! That is probablly where I am gonna focus on for afternoon hunts (its hard though as you have to hunt from the ground and there really isn't anywhere to put up a ground-blind, you just tuck yourself back into the golden rods and sit still)!
