Default Shoot through risers?

Take a look at the link http://www.pse-archery.com/catalog/C...2K2Monarch.htm. Certainly a different look, but would they work well? Since I shoot my compound instictively, I don't think I could shoot a bow of this style. Even sights would be difficult to shoot, I think. Any ideas?

Here's the Cadillac of the shoot-thru riser bows. It has the shoot-thru harness like a shoot-thru riser should.
