RE: Broadhead questions
Personally I like the thunderheads and the montec g5.The spitfires are a good head as a few people I know use them to good results.I do think that the spitfires need some decent KE to work properly though

RE: Broadhead questions
The new Spitfire XP doesn't have any O-rings ! I haven't used one.........but a buddy of mine shot a nice bear with one and said it did an awesome job !
Personally I have always had good KE set ups (70 + lbs of KE ) and never had any trouble out of Spitfires !
Spitfires are probably my favorite all around broadhead ! But they may be being replaced by Wasp Boss Bullets !!

RE: Broadhead questions
I shot a nice 5 poniter Saturday morning here in Maine using the new Spitfire XP Pro. I have been using spitfire's for the past 3 years with excellent results. Here is my set up. Jennings Trophymaster, 60lb draw with a 26 inch drawn length, ACC 328's with Spitfire XP Pro. I took a 20 yard shot from a tree stand, aproximatly 18 feet high. I had complete pass through and the arrow was stuck about 2"in the ground. The deer barely made it 20 yards. Had it not been for a tree in the way I would have watched the deer tip over. 5 minuets to recover from time of shot. The Spitfire XP Pro has a cut on contact tip, other than that it is the same as the regular Spitfire. I'm convinced for Whitetail hunting these Spitfire's can't be beat.
