Default ameristep climbers

Was wondering if anyone uses an ameristep climber (non typical model) and what your opinion is about them. I found one for $219 but I don't know much about them. Thanks

HOWDY,
I BOUGHT ONE LAST YEAR BEFORE AMERISTEP BOUGHT THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY NAME USE TO BE NON TYPICAL.
I PAID ABOUT 300 FOR THE STAND WITH ALL THE TRIMMIN'S, BOW HOLDER, GUN REST, AND FOOT REST.
I HAVE MIXED REVIEWS ON THE STAND.
NEGATIVES...
NOT EASY TO PACK
MAKES NOISE GOING IN AND OUT OF THE WOODS UNLESS YOU USE SEVERAL BUNGEES.
NOISEY TO SET UP ON TREE.
I ALSO FOUND IT DOES NOT GRIP SOME OF THE REALLY HARDWOODS TOO WELL.
POSITIVES.,,
ONCE LOCKED IN IT IS THE MOST SECURE STAND I'VE HUNTED FROM.
IT IS ALSO ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE STANDS. YOU CAN SIT ALL DAY.

I DID CHANGE THE SEAT TO A SINGLE PIECE THAT STAYS ON PERMANENT.

SO DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR; A REALLY EASY STAND TO SET UP THAT IS QUIET. OR A SECURE COMFORTABLE STAND.
IT MIGHT BE GREAT OR IT MIGHT SUCK.

I HOPE I HELPED.

THE SEAT THAT CAME WITH THE STAND WAS VERY BIG. IT WAS THE KIND WITH THE BACK CUSHION. IT HAD BUNGEES WITH HOOKS AND BUCKLES, YOU TOOK IT OFF TO CLIMB; TOO MUCH GOING ON THERE. I REPLACED IT WITH A PADDED SEAT FROM API. IT PERMANETLY ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM SECTION AND HAS NO BACK CUSHION. IT DOES NOT GET IN THE WAY OF CLIMBING AND IS MUCH SIMPLIER AND QUIETER.
