I have a piebald doe and an 8 point running around and if I see them I would shoot them and maybe get the whole deer mounted

The meat would be tender and it's legal here in PA, however I'd be darn sure it ain't a button buck...perhaps I'd give it one year but I feel I'd have the hide tanned and add to my log home decor.

I would take a shot if it offered one. Just the other day I was walking around where I hunt and walked up on a yearling albino w/ its mom. The only reason I may not shoot it(or a piebald) is if is/was a button buck, then it might get a break till next year.MAYBE

No never. If you do you better come up with a good story for the wife. It gets expensive doing a full mount.

I have full intentions of shooting a piebald doe this season. I've been watching her for what is now 3 years. She's 2.5 this year and now I feel she's ready to fill my freezer and adorn my wall with her hide.

I look at them the same as a regular deer. If I would shoot it if it was all brown than a little white ain't gonna stop me.
