Default I met Roger Raglin today.

There was a customer appreciation today at our local bowshop.
Roger and his wife were there. He was there all day and did a seminar. He gave a great seminar with good stories. He took time for everyone no matter who they were. I am a fan now. He was a class act.

Did he tell some good stories about all the deer he's shot from the inside of a 15' high fence?

AMEN JZARR!!!!! I do not think you can call yourself a "hunter" if you hunt penned deer. I do not care how big the property is, that is still not wild deer.

I'm not trying to bring on any heat for this, but how do you know he's killed his deer inside a fenced area. He lives around 25 minutes from my house here in northeast Oklahoma and I got to meet him last year. He seemed like a nice enough guy. I saw his trophy room and it was unbelievable. I've never seen so many P/Y and B/C deer taken by one guy. I know he travels to Canada and several states each year deer hunting, but this is the first I've ever heard of him hunting penned up animals. If that's true, I just lost alot of respect for the man.

I apologize for the thread. I did not know this about him.

Did anyone see the show last week where people were hunting elk in missouri. I didn't know Missouri had elk. I thought they just had the usual, turkey, deer, sasquatch.

Were the people in Missouri hunting a WMA? We've got elk here in Oklahoma on several of the WMA's. Each year residents and I'm not sure but I think non-residents can apply for a drawing to hunt these elk.

I like Roger, anybody who hunts big deer is ok with me. I have some of his videos and they are full of huge bucks taken in Sask. and a few hunts from deep south Texas.
