Default Big Game rules and arrow weight

In Idaho we have to have a minimum 400 grains for arrow weight for hunting. We also need to have no more than 65% let off. What are the other state's minimums if any?

35# minimum draw and 7/8" minimum cutting diameter.....mechs are legal as long as their open diameter is 7/8" or larger. All boradheads must have a minimum of two cutting surfaces in the same plane. We went through a deal here last year where Crimson Talons were originally illegal because of the curve in the blades....those heads have since been made legal....I think it was made legal just a couple of days before archery season if memory serves. Those are PA's regs.
