Thanks for all the input guys! I think I'm going to give the loop a try.
My draw length is about 28.5". I'm considering the Mathews Outback which is about 31" or the Mathews Ovation which is much longer at 39". The loop would probably be more important on the short bow.
As for my release, I've been using a Scott Caliper wrist strap release for about 12 years. Until we put the heavy duty serving material on, I'd blow at least 2 strings a year. I shot often, but I wouldn't say a lot. The tech at the archery and I inspected that release and could never find a burr or anything that might cause a problem.

First of all....what is your draw length? Second of all...what bow are you going to shoot and how long is it? I would love to know what types of releases you guys are using that ALWAYS say that you have serving wear!!!
