To me a camera and Bino's are essential gear.......HMmmm, don't "NEED"? Other than a $700 bow and almost as much in accessories?

I like "Nice Things"........sort of functional art, so my one luxury item that I have that I really didn't need is my knife. I have a BUNCh of knives that will work just fine but I HAD TO have this handmade one.
JRJ with a Black Palm handle. Don't need a knife like this one but ain't she purty?

I like the idea of possibly passing something like this on to future generations........maybe have the grandkids fighting over who gets "Pop's" knife?

Aussie guy and I are married to the same woman.[8D] Favorite thing I don't need... that would be $1000 pair of binoculars.......but I love 'em.

I would have to say a knife. I talk myself out of killing deer all the time. I'll go in saying I'm going to kill something on my hunt. Only to talk myself out of shooting when I start thinking of having to deal with the kill afterwards.

Definitely would have to say my phantom digital whitetail deer call. It sounds great, but I find it more of a hassle to use than regular tubes.

My treestand(s). I could take game successfully without them, but they sure are nice to have.

I converted a hand cart into a deer cart by putting 2 wheelbarrow wheels on it. I don't really need it, I ceratinly can drag a deer out. But boy do I like gettting them out of there without having to drag em.

Ummmmm, my bow most of the time. It's the least used piece of equipment when I'm on stand. I like to call what I do "Hiking with Weapons"
