I live near that area and they have been getting plenty of rain so far. That area is heavily populated and you'll want a blend that will attract and feed for quite a while, not sure what would be good as I am in the same process as you here in Stanly Co.

The extreme would be good but requires quite a bit of ground prep. The aera you have 15' x 200' =3000' is perfect for a bag of secret spot from whitetails institute. Seed would only cast about $10.00 plus shipping and of all the whitetail institue products this requires the least amount of ground prep. It still requires some prep to get seed soil contact but not as much as the others.
