I was thinking about getting a TR dropzone too, because all i've heard about it was good stuff. must be just a bug with the bowtechs or something. about a WB chewing up fletchings, i haven't heard anything about that. Everyone that i know that shoots a biscuit has had slight fletching wear at the front of the vane but if you add an extra drop of glue there shouldn't be a problem. hope your rest and everything works out.

I hate to hear that, I've had exactly zero problems with mine so far. In fact it's the best accessory I've put on my new bow, easy to tune and I can shoot helical on my arrows and not worry about fletching contact. If it's not coming up all the way at full draw, that should be relatively easy to fix, if it just simply isn't dropping fast enough that might be a problem. I really feel like it could be worked out, but I don't know the whole situation.

i went ahead and traded out and put the new biscuit on i have had a biscuit before and really didn't have much trouble with fletching wear but the new biscuit is supposed to have softer bristles and slows the speed down less than the original biscuit and has less wear on the fletchings so i'm gonna give it a try but hunting season don't open for about 3 months so i'll probably go through alot more rest and sights before then thanks for all your help.
