Hi folks, I'm Weston from GA and am new to the BB. I'm new to bowhunting as well. I hunted in the Ocala Nat'l Forest with relatives as a kid, but only really started hunting last year. Haven't killed a deer yet. Haven't seen a shooter. I'm really hooked; I love being in the woods and watching all the critters. Mostly hunted a middle GA farm last year; the friend I was hunting with shot his first deer last year on one of our trips down there. He killed two does with the same bullet (308) from 311 yards. No joke. His first shot at a deer, ever.

I'm 34, married (13 years), two young sons. Have an avid hunter for a little brother. Leased my own little tract near Augusta, GA to hunt on in 04/05 with my brother and a couple other friends. It abuts a WMA. I've already made several multi-day scouting trips and we've planted four smallish food plots (in Pennington Rackmaster S/S Mix). We've also hung a bunch of stands and will likely put up one or two more. I've seen a bunch of deer on my scouting trips; we just put up game cameras last trip out over the food plots; I'll post any decent pics if anyone is interested.
