I have recently ran into some problems with my Q2 and was interested to know if anyone had any experiences in dealing with them. I will not be taking my bow back to the shop that I bought it from and would rather deal with Mathews direct. I tried calling them yesterday and the rep that I was supposed to talk to was out of the office. Thanks for any help!

I have had more good service than bad ! Last year they seemed to have improved a lot ..........but generally are easier to get a response from via e-mail ! They usually get back to me within a day !
However I will fair warn you that they have always been set up to provide most of the customer service through a dealer ! They are going to want you to visit a dealer and the dealer fix it, recommend the fix or send it back to them ! If you have a problem with your dealer .......I'm sure they are going to want to know specifics and such.......before telling you to send it back to them ! SO I wouldn't get mad if that's the route they try to take you !!
