Default draw weight

my bow right now is set at about 53 lbs., i want to set it up to 60 and i was wondering about how much faster my arrow will be going if i raise it 7 lbs.

There are alot of variables, but my experience has been that you can count on picking up 10 fps for every 10 pounds you raise the draw weight, using the same weight arrow. Just make sure your arrows are not underspined. So I would guess 6-7 fps faster.
