its illegal to shoot an animal on its way to water, or on its way to bed down , or on its way to feed, so in other words, "by law" you can't shoot an animal. if you want to get technical about it.

I'd just like to say that I've been on silent's side through most of this mess!
I've been bow hunting for 17 years! I never thought it was a big deal to stay in my stand till dark, but I can tell you after this post I will be watching the clock a little closer this fall.
It really bothers me if even one person out there thinks I'm a poacher so I'm going to do everything possible to make sure it's impossible to call me one!
I still don't think that some of you guys are going to look at your watch when theres a 170 class buck standing in front of you and its still light out!!

Whether or not speeding is a violation or a misdemanor depends on the state. However, below are some examples of misdemeanors in the state of Arkansas that I can't imagine anyone having never broke one of these laws. Anyone here never littered? Anyone here never not one single time road in a car without a seatbelt? I am sure that many have been intoxicated in public a time or two though may be not cited for such (if you ever walked out in your front yard while you were drinking you were PI) Anyone here never had a daydream while they were driving (well that's inattentive driving and it's a misdemeanor). I am sure that several have pulled in a handi cap spot when it was the only spot open and you just had to run in for 10 seconds (well it's a misdemeanor). Everything in this list is a misdemeanor in the state of Arkanas. Many of you probably don't know if they are misdemeanors in your state or not. Either way there are thousands of laws and statutes in your state and there is now way that anyone knows all of them. So how would you know if you have ever broken a law if you don't know every single law? Can anyone here say they have never been guilty of one of these things?
