Yeah, but is he shooting an aluminum or a carbon. You know that carbons retain their energy better (of equal weight) though at that distance they probably won't hit the target because of their degradation and lack of straightness.....

Of course, it's impossible to figure out without converting all distances to the same measurements. The building is measured in stories and the arrow speed in ft/sec.. The Ground may be level or not, and is not mentioned. The answer is different depending on those factors. Far more important then arrow weight, would be a drag co-efficient, which was not given. This would vary depending on fletching and how is was applied (helical?).
Given all the correct detail, it would be easy math to come close, very difficult to be exact. I say, shoot the arrow and go outside and pace it off.
