Mentally 100% deer hunting, I confess that I think about it all the time. I love to scout with my kids and practice as much as I can. I think about it when I fish or do anything with the family or by my self! HELP!!!!!!! Actually now that the twins are older it has become a family thing, so it is getting better.

I'd have to say 50% at best. My lifestyle I say would be biker more than hunter. The scooters take up a ton of the warm months but I'm doing spring turkey hunting for the first time this year. The trick for me is how to mount the bow on the bike and then go on hunting trips. I always thought I was a ladder day cowboy but I think I may have to adjust to "Honorary Native American" since I'm a bow nut.

Work is just something to pay for what I do.

God then family then work are my priorities. Bowhunting is just one of many hobbies I have. Of those it is the most on my mind since you can only talk and think so much on racquetball, golf, etc. I'm thinking bowhunting for turkeys January through May, scouting for new spots is throughout the winter too. Summer is 3-D season and putting up the stands, fall to end of year is hunting deer. Of my hobbies I would say I spend 50% of my time on bowhunting.

Archery and white-tail hunting are my life. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about it or I'm not planning for next fall.It is a passion that burns deep inside of me.

I never stop thinking about whitetails. But I put GOD, My wife and son before hunting. Fortunately she (my wife) knows my heart and my love for hunting year around. (hunting, scouting and shed hunting)She is very supportive and sacrifices a lot of her time for me. I scout over 200 days per year, and thats not counting the 90 some odd days of bow hunting season. If I am not scouting, hunting, or shed hunting I am reading or writing about whitetails. I have a great job that allows me to hunt or scout at least in the evenings year around, plus I get the summers off. My time spent in the woods allows me to feel as close to God as I can get. I have always believed there was a greater power involved in all things that happen. When I have my priorities straight with God and Family, my hunting is always at its best. I look to the Lord for guidance in or out of the woods in all things in life. When I find and figure out a buck over two or three years...and finally harvest him I know it was first a blessing, second due to the time and work put in. Hunting for me personally will never be a sport or a hobby, instead a way of life my father passed on to me.

I'd have to say about 60% hunter. The other 40% gets used up by family and my other passion, woodworking.
