Good camcorder for recording self hunts?
I am looking for a good camcorder that is tough enough to go through the COLD weather and have good quality taping. I would like to keep it under $200.00 though, I just want to try it out. Thanks for the suggestions

That last statement of yours limits you greatly. Even the least expensive of the average models sells for between $200 and $250 new. However, you may get lucky and find a clearance item at some of the more popular electronic stores....Circuit City, Best Buy, Radioshack, etc..... That is what happened to me. I found a very nice digital camcorder whose price was basically cut in half. It was just a tad more expensive on clearance than your self imposed budget but I definitely think it is/was worth it.
Something to consider.

Go to Circuit City, Best Buy, Radioshack, etc..... and find a good camera. See what you think you want then go to ebay and check. I saved $200.00 on my sony. check the completed auctions to see what there selling for. (Good luck)
