Mosta the carp we shoot are given to farmers for fertilizer. the majority of water we shoot has pollution levels high enough that there are advisories on eating carp. You can eat them. Gar on the other hand are pretty good.
The bow is a Firebrand Intensity...It is made by the previous Oneida owners.Their site is www.discoverybowhunting.com They really are a sweet and smooth bow..It basically a recurve with pivoting limbs...There are no wheels or cams. The big plus with them is that you adjust letoff from 0-99% via 2 allen screws on the outboard limb. They also have a wide weight adjustment which makes it very universal. Mosta the time i shoot it set at 38# for everything from 1# gar to 50# carp.
