i just saw the new whisker bisquit at the archery trade show in indianapolis..
i spoke with the manufacturer.. he has changed the design.. smaller bristles (diameter wise, not length) & tighter packed bristles (or whiskers) ....just a side note

Whisker Smisker. Not to spread rumors but word has it there is a new rest unveiled at ATA this week called the Moose Nuckle. No trimming necessary. But it is not without controversy. I've heard the makers of the Camel Toe rest are filing a law suit based on patent infringement. They were partners at one time, real tight, but they split after one thought they smelled something fishy going on. We'll just have to wait and see.

I have not trimmed my biscuit, and it works perfectly. Shoots straight every time! .....................

[][] That sounds dirty! I'm Glad I'm not the only one with their mind in the gutter

Bowhack, You will find after the initial "Break-in" period of the biscuit, the arrow will do the same.

It takes a few shots through the biscuit to get it loosened up. After that, you will have little resistance when the veins pass through.

I have found it is easier to trim with fingernail clippers than with sissors.

I have heard that a wb out of the package will (over time) start to peel the fletchings off, I dont know but that is what i heard. I also heard you want to trim it with that new gentle "razor" otherwise it will leave bumps. That is how mush I heard about trimming the biscuit. Hope this advice helps. heheeheheheh. You certainly wouldnt want a sloppy biscuit!

Tooooo funny 6 fan

I shot the biscuit this year and didn't feel the need to trim at all.

As far as any other snide comments, I'll restrain myself THIS time.
