Just curious......some of you people have some odd user names! I just wondered if anyone was willing to share what his/her board name meant or how they came by it. Mine was originally given to me by a fishing friend who calls me Johnny Rainbow, since I'm just as..." />

My handle is the name of the deer camp that I'm in with my Dad, Nephew and Brother in law. Belle Island is an 5,000 acre island in the Mississippi River located around Greenville, MS. The maps list it as"Bell" Island, but the original spelling was "Belle".

Not too creative but it was something my pea brain would not forget. Jim[1st. name] pok[born in Poughkeepsie, NY], "old Indian name, I've been told" 61[high school football #] REAL GENIUS!!! Oh well, that's where my handle came from. Maybe I' ll change it to pea brain. I would not forget that one either.

I used to race dirt modified cars, and my # was 12T. The guys that I work with, and they did all of my lettering on my car, gave me the name BigDaddy, so thats how I came up with BigDaddy12t.

I got mine from my years as a lineman and no fear off heights that many times I find myself 30 feet or higher in my stands.

GV is an acronym for Grand Valley, which is the State University which I currently attend. DocHoliday, well I love the movie Tombstone and just loved the way which Val Kilmer portrayed the notorious dentist. When I was in middle school I would kind of talk with that same dialect and always used the more popular phrases so my friends started calling me Doc Holiday, then it turned to just plain 'Doc'. So for me I just couldn't help but use it as part of my forum handle.

I joined this site after I had a horrible start to the bow season. I missed the same 6pt. twice in a week at 15 yards - with my compound. I was making fun of myself at the time because I'm not a bad shot at all, especially with pins at 15 yards!
