for the wife-anything better than the BROWNING ..
HEY...GOTTA GET THE WIFE A BOW--to make my life a lot easier! i've looked around and in my opinion the BROWNING IMPULSE LS looks to be the best choice for short draw & low poundage--what does everyone else think? she has never really shot anything that was actually "HER' bow--and very little experience in archery--period. I want to get something for her that "feels good"--I want a comfortable & forgiving bow--ANY SUGGESTIONS?THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I have seen the Challenger and I am familiar with most of the Browning bows but not the lady Impulse. I believe they might also have another new woman's bow for 2002. I do remember hearing something about it.
You might also want to take a gander at either the Hoyt Sapphire (mucho bucks though) or the MTSport. The Sapphire was designed for folks whose draw lengths and draw weights generally fall under the "average" range. The MTSport is offered in draw length and draw weight options down to 22 inches and 40 lbs, respectively.

My fiancee'just got a HOYT Sapphire for 3D.IMHO these are top of the line bows for the short drawlength women and children. They are definately worth giving a look too.www.hoytusa.com
Hers is set up with command cams with the D/L at 23.5" and 46# and is spitting out Easton Redlines at around 240fps (not bad for that drawlength).Give them a look.
